Common use of Counterparts; Telecopies Clause in Contracts

Counterparts; Telecopies. This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures delivered by telecopier or other electronic device shall be binding and enforceable against the party as if an original signed counterpart had been delivered.
