Common use of COUNTERPARTS & TELEFACSIMILE Clause in Contracts

COUNTERPARTS & TELEFACSIMILE. This agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original and all of which shall constitute one agreement. Signatures to this Agreement may be communicated and delivered by facsimile or electronic mail transmission, which shall be effective as delivery of an original. Photographic, facsimile or electronic mail copies of such signed counterparts may be used in lieu of the originals for any purpose. Each of the parties to this Agreement agrees that this Agreement may be electronically signed and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility.
