Counterparty Guarantor. The Counterparty shall cause any Counterparty Guarantor to execute a joinder agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B acknowledging its rights and obligations under this Agreement and setting forth certain additional obligations with respect to such Counterparty Guarantor.
