Common use of Counterparty Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Counterparty Guarantor. The Counterparty shall cause any Counterparty Guarantor that has not acknowledged and agreed to this Agreement as of the date first set forth above to subsequently execute a joinder agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A acknowledging its rights and obligations under this Agreement.
