Countersignature of Warrants. The Warrant Certificates will be executed on behalf of the Company by the manual or facsimile signature of its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President or any Vice President, and attested by its Secretary or any Assistant Secretary. The Warrant Certificates will be countersigned by the Warrant Agent manually and will not be valid for any purpose unless so countersigned.
