Common use of Country of nationality Clause in Contracts

Country of nationality. Your country of origin for which you hold a passport. If you hold more than one passport your country of nationality means the country that you have declared as your country of nationality on your application form. The country in which you are habitually resident. The date on which your plan first commenced. The period of continuous total disablement from following your own occupation which must pass before you can become entitled to receive benefit under your plan.
