Country of Origin 3. 1 All Goods and Services supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in the countries and territories eligible under the rules of the World Bank, as further elaborated in the SCC. 3.2 For purposes of this Clause, “origin” means the place where the Goods were mined, grown, or produced, or from which the Services are supplied.
