Common use of COUNTRY SHIPMENTS Clause in Contracts

COUNTRY SHIPMENTS. Products sold to Distributor in the Territory will not be transferred by Distributor outside the Territory without the written notification to LipoMatrix and an appropriate billing adjustment to reflect any difference in prices between countries. Such transfers out of the Territory will only be permitted to countries in a territory covered by a distributor that is an affiliated company of Distributor.
