COUNTRY SPECIFIC PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO PARTICIPANTS WHO PROVIDE SERVICES IN THE IDENTIFIED COUNTRIES. FRANCE The provisions of this Country Schedule France provide additional definitions and conditions for the purpose of granting performance based Restricted Stock Units (the “PSUs”) which are intended to qualify for specific French personal income tax and social security treatment in France applicable to Shares granted for no consideration under Articles L. 000-000-0 to L. 000-000-0 of the French Commercial Code (Code de Commerce), for qualifying Employees and corporate officers (mandataires sociaux) who are resident in France for French tax purposes.
