Country-Specific Special Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding any provisions in this Agreement, the RSUs shall also be subject to the special terms and conditions set forth in Appendix A to this Agreement for your country of residence. Moreover, if you relocate to one of the countries included on Appendix A, the special terms and conditions for such country will apply to you, to the extent BWXT determines that the application of such terms and conditions are necessary or advisable in order to comply with local law or facilitate the administration of the Plan. Appendix A constitutes part of this Agreement.
