County and City Development Applications Shared with the School Board. The County and the Cities shall give the School Board Superintendent notification of land use applications and development proposals pending before them that may affect student enrollment, enrollment projections, or school facilities in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement. Such notice will be provided concurrently with receipt of the application. This notice requirement applies to amendments to the comprehensive plan future land use map, rezonings, developments of regional impact, and/or major residential or mixed-use development projects.
