COUNTY AUTHORITY; CONTRACTOR ELIGIBILITY. A. Contractor represents and warrants to the County that it has the necessary licensing, certification, training, experience, expertise, and competency to provide the services, goods, and materials that are described in this Agreement, at a cost to the County as herein specified; that it will be able to perform the herein described services at minimum cost to the County by virtue of its current and specialized knowledge of relevant data, issues, and conditions. B. In the event that Contractor provides specialty mental health services to beneficiaries eligible for both Medicare and Medi-Cal (dual eligibles), Contractor shall comply with policy guidance issued by the California Department of Health Care Services and any other applicable regulations that govern the claiming and reimbursement of such services.
