County Facilities. Whenever the duties or responsibilities of any County worker require him/her to be present and on duty during the serving of meals in a County facility and where such duty or responsibility occupies that worker's meal period, such individual shall be entitled to that meal without charge.
County Facilities. County facilities may be used for Association activities according to building use policies when such facilities are available.
County Facilities. As part of the Services and as directed by County, Service Provider shall administer and manage the closing or opening of any County Facilities, if required, in connection with a migration. In connection with such closures or openings and as part of the Services, Service Provider shall, upon County’s request, identify and solicit, upon terms and prices as favorable to County as Service Provider would obtain for its own account, purchasers of County’s data processing assets at the applicable County Facilities.
County Facilities. Consistent with the Specific Plan, Developer shall dedicate to the County any lands located within the Property that are planned for public facilities to be owned and operated by the County, as generally shown on the map of public land dedications attached as Exhibit 2.5.7.A to Exhibit 2.5.7 and more particularly described in the Specific Plan (the “County Facilities”). Consistent with the Financing Plan and the Specific Plan, County shall be solely responsible for the planning, design, construction and equipping of the County Facilities, subject only to Developer’s obligation to pay, as and when required hereby and the applicable fee ordinances and the Project Impact and/or PVSP Fees related to such County Facilities. The sites planned for the County Facilities to be owned and operated by the County (the “County Facility Sites”) are designated in the Specific Plan for uses consisting of a Corporation Yard, Sheriff’s Substation, Government Center, Library, and Transit Center, as more particularly listed in Exhibit 1.4.1 attached hereto. Any additions or modifications from the Specific Plan and Finance Plan to the County Facilities for the Sheriff Substation or Transit Center, or equipment or furnishings related thereto proposed by the County (except as may be required by changes in building codes, state or federal requirements) that would cause a material increase to the cost of design, construction and equipping of such County Facilities above the costs anticipated therefor in the Finance Plan and to be funded by the Supplemental County Facilities Fee (as updated based on applicable annual cost of construction inflation factors or changes in actual construction costs), shall be at the cost and expense of County.

County Facilities include, but are not limited to, those spaces reasonably required by the County for use by the Departments of Public Works, Health, and Emergency Services, the County sheriff and other County departments to perform their duties at Stadium Events, including spaces used by agencies that assist County departments in the above duties. The County Facilities shall include such additional spaces as the County and StadCo may designate from time to time in good faith, so as to provide the County departments with spaces at locations and with the amenities and services required to perform their duties, while minimizing to a commercially reasonable extent material interference with StadCo’s operations.
County Facilities. County buildings and other facilities shall be made available for use by the Union or the Representative in accordance with administrative procedures governing such use.

County Facilities. All County facilities that receive service from the Contractor shall receive any and 1824 all public education and outreach materials and services provided to Commercial Customers. Upon 1825 County request, Contractor shall provide additional copies of all printed public education materials 1826 to County offices and facilities to be made available to the public that visit those facilities and shall 1827 replenish the materials as requested by the County Contract Manager.

County Facilities include, but are not limited to, those spaces reasonably required by the County for use by the Departments of Public Works, Health, and Emergency Services, the County Sheriff and other County departments to perform their duties at Stadium Events, including spaces used by agencies that assist County departments in the above duties. As of the Effective Date, the County Facilities include, but are not limited to, the approximately three hundred fourteen (314) square foot office located in the “tunnel” level of the Administration Building presently used to house the County’s maintenance office, and shall thereafter include such additional spaces as the County and the Bills may designate from time to time in good faith, so as to provide the County departments with spaces at locations and with the amenities and services required to perform their duties, while minimizing to a commercially reasonable extent material interference with the Bills’ operations.
