County Zoning Clause Samples
The County Zoning clause establishes that the use and development of a property must comply with the zoning regulations set by the local county government. In practice, this means that any construction, renovation, or change in property use must adhere to the permitted uses, building restrictions, and other requirements outlined in the county's zoning ordinances. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to follow local land use laws, thereby preventing legal disputes or penalties arising from unauthorized property use or development.
