Common use of County’s Compliance with Laws Clause in Contracts

County’s Compliance with Laws. County shall use the Premises during the Term in compliance with applicable Laws, except that County shall not be required to make any structural alterations, additions or other modifications in order to comply therewith unless such modifications are necessary solely because of any Alterations to the Premises made by County pursuant to Section 7 hereof and such modifications are not otherwise Landlord’s responsibility under this Lease. County shall be responsible for complying with any requirement of the Disabilities Laws relating to the placement of County’s furniture or other County Personal Property and the operation of any programs in the Premises, other than any requirement relating to the physical structure, fixtures and permanent improvements of the Premises or portions of the Property or Building along the path of travel to the Premises, which are Landlord’s obligation as provided in Section 10.1 above.
