County’s Designated Representative. It is understood and agreed that the COUNTY designates the County Administrator or their designated representative, in writing, to represent the COUNTY in all technical matters pertaining to and arising from the work and performance of this Contract. The County Administrator or designated representative shall have the following responsibilities:
