County’s Reliance on Engineer. ENGINEER’S DUTIES AS SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL AT NO TIME BE IN ANY WAY DIMINISHED BY REASON OF ANY REVIEW, EVALUATION OR APPROVAL BY THE COUNTY OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE NOR SHALL THE ENGINEER BE RELEASED FROM ANY LIABILITY BY REASON OF SUCH REVIEW, EVALUATION OR APPROVAL BY THE COUNTY, IT BEING UNDERSTOOD THAT THE COUNTY AT ALL TIMES IS ULTIMATELY RELYING UPON THE ENGINEER’S SKILL, ABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE IN PERFORMING THE ENGINEERING SERVICES REQUIRED HEREUNDER.
