County’s Reliance on the Work. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the County does not undertake to approve or pass upon matters of expertise of the Contractor and that, therefore, the County bears no responsibility for Contractor’s Work performed under this Agreement. The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that the acceptance of designs, plans, specifications or other work product by the County (if any) is limited to the function of determining whether there has been compliance with what is required to be produced under this Agreement. The County will not, and need not, inquire into adequacy, fitness, suitability or correctness of Contractor’s performance.
