Common use of County's Removal of Materials Clause in Contracts

County's Removal of Materials. If County arranges for the removal of any Materials or the associated impacts to the environment from a release of Materials which release was directly or indirectly: (a) caused by Lessee or any of Lessee's Parties or that occurs at the Premises or occurs at any other Airport property after the Effective Date; or (b) caused by any trespasser on the Premises at any time during the Term of this Agreement or during any period that Lessee was in possession and control of the Premises before or after the Effective Date, Lessee shall pay all costs of the removal that are incurred by County and such payment shall be made within fifteen (15) Days of County's written demand.

If County arranges for the removal of any Materials or the associated impacts to the environment from a release of Materials which release was directly or indirectly: (a) caused by Lessee Concessionaire or any of LesseeConcessionaire's Parties or that occurs at the Premises or occurs at any other Airport property after the Effective Date; or (b) caused by any trespasser on the Premises at any time during the Term of this Agreement or during any period that Lessee Concessionaire was in possession and control of the Premises before or after the Effective Date, Lessee Concessionaire shall pay all costs of the removal that are incurred by County and such payment shall must be made within fifteen ten (1510) Days of after County's written demand, with interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per annum thereafter accruing.
