Coupon Debentures. (1) Coupon Debentures issued hereunder shall be negotiable and title thereto shall pass by delivery unless registered as to principal for the time being as hereinafter provided. Notwithstanding registration of coupon Debentures as to principal, the coupons when detached shall continue to be payable to bearer and title thereto shall pass by delivery.
