Courier fee. Customers who wish to terminate their Services with SADV within the Minimum Period will be liable for a cancellation fee as set out in 13.3 above which shall be calculated based on the pro-rata recovery of the acquisition and router recovery costs associated with that relevant package. This will be calculated and quoted for by SADV.
