Course Content and Materials. (a) Subject to the provisions of this Agreement including the provisions of Article 8, FLVS hereby grants to Customer and Customer hereby accepts from FLVS the personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive Franchise License to use the Licensed Materials for Customer’s internal business purposes in accordance with FLVS Licenses.
