Common use of Court Actions; Injunctive Relief Clause in Contracts

Court Actions; Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding the above, to the full extent allowed by law, either Party may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction for injunctive relief (or any other provisional remedy) to protect the Parties’ rights or enforce the Parties’ obligations under Sections 10, 13 or 16.8 of this Agreement. In addition, either Party may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction to resolve disputes pertaining to the validity, construction, scope, enforceability, infringement or other violations of patents or other proprietary or intellectual property rights.
