Court Appearance Premium Pay and Administrative Hearings. 254. A. Watch Off Status. Employees appearing for court on watch-off days will receive three (3) hours of court appearance premium pay (50% above base salary) for their first court appearance commencing with the time indicated on the subpoena. This also includes court preparation and conferences when accompanied by a same day court appearance. No court appearance premium pay will be allowed for an employee’s meal period. 255.
