Common use of Court Approval Clause in Contracts

Court Approval. The Settlement contemplated under this Settlement Agreement shall have been approved by the Court, as provided for in this § 2.2. The Parties agree jointly to recommend to the Court that it approve the terms of this Settlement Agreement and the Settlement contemplated hereunder. The Parties agree to undertake their best efforts, including all steps and efforts contemplated by this Settlement Agreement, and any other steps or efforts which may become necessary by order of the Court (unless such order modifies the terms of this Settlement Agreement) or otherwise, to carry out this Settlement Agreement, including the following:

Court Approval. The Settlement contemplated under this Settlement Agreement shall have been approved by the Court, as provided for in this § 2.23.2. The Parties agree jointly to recommend to the Court that it approve the terms of this Settlement Agreement and the Settlement contemplated hereunder. The Parties agree to undertake their best efforts, including all steps and efforts contemplated by this Settlement Agreement, and any other steps or efforts which may become necessary by order of the Court (unless such order modifies the terms of this Settlement Agreement) or otherwise, to carry out this Settlement Agreement, including the following:
