Court Orders and Decrees. Except as disclosed in Schedule 10 to Exhibit A, there is not outstanding or, to Seller’s Knowledge, threatened any order, writ, injunction or decree of any court, governmental agency or arbitration tribunal against or affecting Seller, relating to the Assets or the Business.
