Court Orders, Decrees and Laws. To Purchaser’s knowledge, Purchaser has not violated or failed to comply with any statute, law, ordinance or regulation of any Governmental Body in the conduct of Purchaser’s business which could, individually or in the aggregate, adversely affect Purchaser’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Purchaser is not in default with respect to any judgment, order or decree of any court or any Governmental Body which could, individually or in the aggregate, adversely affect Purchaser’s ability to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
