Common use of Court Receiver Clause in Contracts

Court Receiver. We may take proceedings in any Court of competent jurisdiction for the appointment of a receiver (which term as used in this Charge includes a receiver and manager) of all or any part of the Property, and you hereby consent to a court order for such appointment;
