Court Security. A member of the Kawartha Lakes Police Service whose primary function shall include the security duties at the court facility, the service of documents as required, and the escorting of prisoners as directed, and other duties as assigned.
Court Security. (a) The normal hours of work for each member of the Court Security staff, shall be a tour of eight (8) consecutive hours per day for a total of forty (40) hours per week. (b) A normal work week shall be Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as regular days off during each week. The exception shall be a week where a Statutory Holiday is included, in which case the Statutory Holiday shall be considered an additional day off. (c) The normal hours of work shall be Monday to Friday as follows: 1st Tour 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours 2nd Tour 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours as set out in Schedule "B" annexed hereto. (d) The normal hours of work for the Court Security Supervisor shall be Monday to Friday 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours. (e) Rotating tours shall be so scheduled that a Court Security member assigned to such tours shall regularly rotate from one to another, so that an equal time will be spent by the Court Security member on each tour. However, a Court Security member may spend more time on one tour than another, upon mutual agreement between the member and the Chief of Police of his designate.
Court Security. The CITY agrees that, as part of the Interlocal pursuant to paragraph 1, the CITY will provide all security for the building, staff, and customers of both Courts. The COUNTY agrees to continue to provide a part-time County bailiff to assist with Justice Court hearings. The CITY agrees to continue to provide court security for all Municipal Court hearings. The CITY further agrees to continue to provide court security support for Justice Court hearings in accordance with the MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE ▇▇▇▇▇ COUNTY, NEVADA CITY OF MESQUITE FOR MESQUITE TOWNSHIP JUSTICE COURT SECURITY SERVICES, dated March 10, 2015. In the event that the COUNTY and CITY reach a cost-sharing agreement as discussed in Section 5.1 this section may be updated.
Court Security. The Parties shall be responsible to provide the required law enforcement security for their respective court sessions; unless the parties exercise the option as set forth in Paragraph 4. This security shall be in accordance with the approved court security plan.
Court Security. Court Security functions provided by the County’s Sheriff to the court are set forth under a separate agreement. Sheriff Services related to serving orders under California Government Code 6103.2 are listed under Section 4, Compensation to the County.
Court Security. Eatontown shall be responsible to provide security for weapons screening at the entrance of the courtroom prior to and during all of its court sessions. Eatontown shall also be responsible to provide police security within the courtroom for its court sessions as per the approved Tinton Falls court security plan. If determined to be available by Tinton Falls, Eatontown may decide to pay Tinton Falls for the provision of court security services, in addition to the fees agreed to under this Agreement, using officers of the Tinton Falls Police Department at the same rates established for special duty assignments by Tinton Falls ordinance.
Court Security. Issaquah shall provide and pay for all necessary court security.
Court Security. The employee costs, including wages and benefits, to provide court room security in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Municipal Court shall be shared equally between Cheney and Medical Lake, billed and paid in accordance with Section 7(b) of this Agreement.
Court Security. A full-time Court Security officer shall be scheduled to work a 37.5 hour week Monday through Friday and shall be paid pursuant to the attached schedule. Court Security Officers shall also receive benefits set forth in this Agreement provided to other Unit III Employees. If a Court Security Officer is not required to attend court during his regularly scheduled hours, he shall perform such other duties as directed by the Sheriff or his designee. In the event the duties of the Court Security Officer are expanded, the employer and the F.O.P. shall negotiate over the pay scale to be assigned to the expanded position.

  • E7 Security The Authority shall be responsible for maintaining the security of the Authority premises in accordance with its standard security requirements. The Contractor shall comply with all security requirements of the Authority while on the Authority premises, and shall ensure that all Staff comply with such requirements.

  • Internet Security The Service utilizes a comprehensive security strategy to protect your accounts and transactions conducted over the Internet. Prior to activating your access to the Service, our Internet Banking Department will verify your identity and authorization against information associated with the Eligible Account (s) that you request to be linked to the Service. Access IDs and Passcodes - One of the main security features protecting the Service is the unique combination of your Access Identification Code (Access ID) and Passcode. During the enrollment process, you will be asked to select a unique Access ID, and then choose a Passcode that will be used to gain access to the Service. You determine your own Passcode, which is encrypted in our database. Neither this Institution nor its Service Providers have access to this information. The Service will automatically deactivate your account after three unsuccessful login attempts within a 24-hour time frame. You may reset your passcode online or you may contact this Institution for assistance. Because your Passcode is used to access your accounts, you should treat it as you would any other sensitive personal data. • You should carefully select a Passcode that is hard to guess. • You should not use words based on your name, address or other personal information. • Special characters may be used to increase security. • Do NOT use dictionary words. The “Help” link within the Service will offer tips on choosing a secure Passcode that you can remember. • Keep your Passcode safe. • Memorize your Passcode and do NOT write it down. • You should also change your Passcode occasionally, such as every 90 days. • A Passcode should be changed immediately if you suspect that your Passcode has been compromised. This can be done at any time from the “User Services” menu after you log on to the Service.
