Courtesy Pay Fees Sample Clauses

Courtesy Pay Fees. A Courtesy Pay Fee will be charged to your checking account, in accordance with our Schedule of Fees and Charges, for each overdraft that is authorized and paid through the Service. This means that more than one Courtesy Pay Fee may be assessed against your checking account per day depending upon the number of overdrafts authorized and paid through the Service. You understand that your Courtesy Pay Limit will be reduced by the amount of each overdraft paid by us through the Service and the amount of the related Courtesy Pay Fee imposed until such amounts are repaid by you as set forth herein at which time we may replenish your Courtesy Pay Limit by the amount of the repayment. If we choose not to pay the item/transaction under the Service, you are subject to an NSF Fee for each such item in accordance with our Schedule of Fees and Charges. Your periodic statement will itemize Courtesy Pay Fees and NSF Fees for each cycle, as well as the year-to-date total of fees.

  • Facility Fees (i) The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the account of each Tranche 1 Lender in accordance with its Applicable Tranche 1 Percentage, a ticking fee (the “Tranche 1 Ticking Fee”) equal to the Applicable Rate times the actual daily outstanding principal amount of the Aggregate Tranche 1 Commitments subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2.17. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall accrue commencing on August 15, 2021 to the end of the Availability Period, and shall be due and payable quarterly in arrears on the last Business Day of each March, June, September and December, commencing with the first such date to occur after the Effective Date, and on the last day of the Availability Period. The Tranche 1 Ticking Fee shall be calculated quarterly in arrears, and if there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the actual daily amount shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect.   • L/C Fees Borrower shall pay to Agent for the account of each Lender in accordance with its Applicable Percentage an L/C fee (the “L/C Fee”) for each Letter of Credit equal to the Applicable Rate times the daily amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit. For purposes of computing the daily amount available to be drawn under any Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit shall be determined in accordance with Section 1.06. L/C Fees shall be (A) due and payable on the first Business Day of each of April, July, October and January, in respect of the most recently-ended quarterly period (or portion thereof, in the case of the first payment), commencing with the first such date to occur after the issuance of such Letter of Credit, on the L/C Expiration Date and thereafter on demand and (B) computed on a quarterly basis in arrears. If there is any change in the Applicable Rate during any quarter, the daily amount available to be drawn under each Letter of Credit shall be computed and multiplied by the Applicable Rate separately for each period during such quarter that such Applicable Rate was in effect. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, upon the request of the Required Lenders, while any Event of Default exists, all L/C Fees shall accrue at the Default Rate.

  • The Master Servicer to Pay Fees and Expenses The Master Servicer covenants and agrees to pay to the Trustee from time to time, from its own funds, and the Trustee shall be entitled to receive, reasonable compensation (which shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) for all services rendered by it in the execution of the trusts hereby created and in the exercise and performance of any of the powers and duties hereunder of the Trustee and, except as otherwise agreed by the Master Servicer and the Trustee, the Master Servicer will pay or reimburse the Trustee upon its request for all reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances incurred or made by it in accordance with any of the provisions of this Agreement (including the reasonable compensation and the expenses and disbursements of its counsel and of all persons not regularly in its employ) except any such expense, disbursement, or advance as may arise from its negligence or bad faith. The Trustee shall have no right of reimbursement from the Trust Estate for any such expenses, disbursements and advances not paid or reimbursed to it by the Master Servicer.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following: 4.3.1. Title IV-E Federal Xxxxxx Care Program (Grant “E”). In accordance with the requirements detailed in the specific grant requirements, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee under Xxxxx E the maximum federal dollar share for the following: xxxxxx care maintenance claims for eligible juvenile probation children, dir ect administrative claims, and enhanced administrative claims. Upon review and approval of supporting documentation, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee as requests for reimbursement are presented for payment provided there is sufficient Title IV-E grant award authority against which to process presented claims and providing said funds are being reimbursed to the Department by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) via the interagency agreement. To be eligible for reimbursement, all costs must be reasonable, allowable, and properly allocated for support of the xxxxxx care program. A direct or enhanced administrative claim is not eligible for reimbursement if the basis of the claim has funding from any other federal source. 4.3.2. JJAEP Program (Grant "P"). Grantees eligible for reimbursements under Xxxxx X shall receive a share of the initial $1,500,000 distribution based on each Grantee's share of the total juvenile population for each school year for the current contract period. Additional funds will be distributed at a rate not to exceed $96 per eligible student attendance day for students who are required to be expelled pursuant to Chapter 37 of the Texas Education Code and who meet the Targeted Grant requirements. The Grantee will not be able to receive the additional funds until the initial amount allocated is earned at the rate of $86 per eligible student attendance day. Payments to the Grantee by the Department shall be limited to no more than 180 days of operation during each regular school year for the current contract period.

  • Tuition Fees The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows: a) Employer initiated – 100% of course fees upon successful completion of course. b) Employee initiated – 50% of course fees upon successful completion. Courses must be employment-related and approved, in writing, by the Employer in advance.

  • Interest Fees and Expenses 1. Interest on the Revolving Loan and all Acquisition Term Loans shall be payable monthly as of the end of each month and shall be an amount equal to: a) the then Chase Bank Rate less a quarter of one percent, or, at ROA's election, the sum of two and one-quarter percent (2 1/4%) and the Libor, or b) subject to paragraph 3 below, if the Companies' Funded Debt to Net Worth Ratio for the preceding fiscal quarter was less than one to one (1 to 1), the then Chase Bank Rate less one half of one percent, or, at ROA' s election, the sum of one and three-quarters percent ( 1 3/4 /O) and the Libor. Interest shall be computed on a per annum basis on the average of the net balances owing by the Companies at the close of each day during such month. In the event of any change in said Chase Bank Rate, the rate hereunder shall change as of the first of the month following any change; ROA may elect to use Libor as to any new or then outstanding Revolving Loans or Acquisition Term Loans provided x) there is then no Default or unwaived Event of Default and y)ROA has advised the Agent of its election to use Libor and the Libor Period selected no later than three (3) Business Days prior to the proposed borrowing or, in the case of a Libor election with respect to a then outstanding Revolving Loan or Acquisition Term Loan, three (3) Business Days prior to the conversion of any then outstanding Revolving Loans or Acquisition Term Loan to Libor Loans and z) the election and Libor shall be effective, provided there is then no Default or unwaived Event of Default, on the fourth Business Day following said notice. The Libor elections must be for $1,000,000.00 or whole multiples thereof. No more than four (4) Libor elections may be in effect at any one time. The Agent shall be entitled to charge the Collective Loan Account i) at the rate provided for herein when due until all Obligations have been paid in full; ii) the Libor Processing Fee on the effective date of the Libor Election. All rates hereunder shall be calculated based on a 360 day year.

  • Monthly Fees ACS will xxxx Customer each month during the term of this Agreement based on number of "Actions" which occurred during the prior month. The definition of "Actions" and fees for each Action will be documented in each Task Order. Customer shall cause ACS to be paid the foregoing fees on a monthly basis within thirty (30) days of ACS' delivery of an invoice for the preceding month's Actions.

  • Hourly Fees Fees for work performed by Consultant on an hourly basis shall not exceed the amounts shown on Exhibit B.

  • Reimbursement of Legal Fees Where an employee is charged with an offence resulting directly from the proper performance of his/her duties and is subsequently found not guilty, the employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable legal fees.
