Covenant Against Encumbrance. Tenant, its successors and assigns, shall have no right to mortgage, pledge, or otherwise encumber this Lease, the MOB or Tenant’s interest herein, except by a Leasehold Mortgage and financing statements meeting the requirements of ARTICLE 6. Any such Leasehold Mortgage shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and subordinate to the rights of Landlord hereunder.
