Common use of Covenant and undertaking Clause in Contracts

Covenant and undertaking. 10.2.1 Each Party shall, at its own costs and expenses, use all reasonable efforts to take, or cause to be taken, all appropriate action, do or cause to be done all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable law or upon reasonable request of Xxxxxxxxxx.xx, and execute and deliver such instruments of assignment, transfer, deeds, documents and other papers, as may be reasonably required to carry out the provisions of this Agreement or perform under or in accordance with the Agreement.
