Covenant by FivePrime. FivePrime hereby covenants that it shall not use any UCB Background Know-How, UCB Background Patents, Collaboration Patents, or Collaboration Know-How for any purposes other than those purposes expressly permitted in Section 6.2, or in the case of Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How as may otherwise expressly be permitted in this Agreement.
