Covenant Not to Place Trust Into Bankruptcy. Each party hereto covenants that it shall not, until at least one year and one day after all Certificates have been paid in full, (i) take any action to file an involuntary bankruptcy petition against the Trust, or (ii) institute against the Trust, or join in any institution against the Trust of, any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings under any federal or state bankruptcy, insolvency or similar law. In addition, each Certificateholder or Beneficial Owner, by accepting and holding a Certificate or an interest therein, agrees it shall not, until at least one year and one day after all Certificates have been paid in full, take any action to file an involuntary bankruptcy petition against the Trust.
