Covenant Not to Promote Termination of Relationships. As a material consideration for the Company's entering into this Agreement, Employee covenants and agrees that for a period of two years commencing on the termination of Employee's employment with the Company, Employee shall not persuade or entice, or attempt to persuade or entice any customer or client of the Company to terminate its business or contractual relationship with the Company, or refrain from establishing any such relationship with the Company.
