Common use of Covenant Not to Shop Clause in Contracts

Covenant Not to Shop. Other than during the final six (6) months of the Term, you shall not negotiate for employment with any entity or person outside of the Activision Blizzard Group. During the search process and thereafter you shall remain strictly subject to your continuing obligations under this Agreement, including, without limitation, your Duty of Loyalty, compliance with the Activision Blizzard Group’s policies and your confidentiality obligations.
