Covenant Not to Xxx Defendants’ Releasees. Subject to Sections 4.6 and 14, upon the Effective Date of Settlement, Named Plaintiffs on behalf of themselves and on behalf of the Settlement Class, covenant and agree (a) not to file against any Defendants’ Releasees any Claim released under Section 4.1; and (b) that the foregoing covenant and agreement shall be a complete defense to any such Claims against any of Defendants’ Releasees.
