Common use of Covenant of Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Covenant of Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent hereby agrees and covenants with the Buyer and the Seller that it shall perform all of its obligations under this Agreement and shall not deliver custody or possession of any of the Escrow Funds to anyone except pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement or as otherwise required by law.

Covenant of Escrow Agent. The Escrow Agent hereby agrees and covenants with the Buyer Purchaser and the Seller Representative that it shall perform all of its obligations under this Agreement and shall not deliver custody or possession of any of the Escrow Funds to anyone except pursuant to the express terms of this Agreement or as otherwise required by law.
