Covenant of Good Faith. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges and agrees, in its dealings with the other party under or in connection with this Agreement, including the performance of all obligations and the exercise of all rights under this Agreement, it shall comply with the fundamental principle of good faith and fair dealing.
Covenant of Good Faith. Each Party, in its dealings with the other Party under or in connection with the Service Modules, will act reasonably and in good faith.

City and Contractor acknowledge that close cooperation will be necessary to ensure compliance with any AZPDES Multi-Sector General Permit requirements to promote safety and minimize costs, and each party agrees to a candid exchange of information necessary to coordinate a stormwater management and monitoring plan.
