Covenant of Servicer. The Servicer hereby covenants and agrees with the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, that it will take no action which, nor omit to take any action the omission of which, would substantially impair the rights of the Certificateholders in the Receivables created in connection with, or the Funds Collateral relating to, the Additional Accounts.
