Common use of COVENANT OF TENANT Clause in Contracts

COVENANT OF TENANT. If Landlord encounters difficulties in negotiating permanent or construction financing for the Building, and after using its best efforts is unable to resolve those difficulties without obtaining minor modifications to this Lease, Tenant will act in good faith to execute an amendment to this Lease, but this agreement on the part of Tenant will not require Tenant to make any changes that in Tenant's reasonable judgment alter the term hereof, or adversely affect any substantive right of Tenant, whether legal or economic.

If Landlord encounters difficulties in negotiating construction or permanent or construction financing for the BuildingPremises, and after using its best efforts is unable to resolve those difficulties without obtaining minor modifications to this Lease, Tenant will act in good faith to execute an amendment to this Leasework with Landlord in Landlord's efforts, but this agreement on the part of Tenant will not require Tenant to make any changes that in Tenant's reasonable judgment alter the term hereof, or adversely affect any substantive right or interest of Tenant, whether legal or economic.
