Common use of Covenant Of The Pledgor Clause in Contracts

Covenant Of The Pledgor. The Pledgor shall not, without the prior written consent of the Pledgee (a) sell, assign, pledge or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, the Deposit or the Deposit Account or (b) create or permit any Lien upon or with respect to the Deposit, the Deposit Account or any other Pledged Collateral, except for the pledge created hereby.

Covenant Of The Pledgor. The Pledgor shall not, without the prior written consent of the Pledgee Pledgee, (a) sell, assign, pledge assign or otherwise dispose of, or grant any option with respect to, the Deposit or rights, if any, of the Deposit Account Pledgor in the Equity Funding Agreement, or (b) create or permit any Lien upon or with respect to the Depositrights, if any, of the Deposit Account or any other Pledged CollateralPledgor in the Equity Funding Agreement, except for the pledge created hereby.
