Common use of Covenant of Title Clause in Contracts

Covenant of Title. The Board herein warrants that there are no existing restrictions which may deny Lessee the use and occupancy of said premises or restrict its use thereof. Lessee is solely responsible for obtaining at Lessee sole cost the required occupancy permit from the City of Milwaukee, any required approvals of the Board of Zoning Appeals, and any required licenses to operate a day care facility.
