Common use of Covenant Survival Clause in Contracts

Covenant Survival. The obligations of the Company and any Subsidiary Guarantor, as applicable, under this Article V shall survive the payment or transfer of any New Note, the enforcement, amendment or waiver of any provision of this Agreement or the New Notes, and the termination of this Agreement.
