Covenant to Guarantee Guaranteed Obligations and Give Security. Cause all Restricted Domestic Subsidiaries other than Excluded Subsidiaries to guarantee the Guaranteed Obligations (each a “Subsidiary Guarantor”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, any Restricted Subsidiary that is a guarantor of any Permitted Subordinated Indebtedness shall also be required to be a Subsidiary Guarantor.
