Covenant to pay expenses etc. The Owner shall pay all such expenses, claims, liabilities, losses, costs, duties, fees, charges or other moneys as are stated in this Mortgage to be payable by the Owner to or recoverable from the Owner by the Mortgagee (or in respect of which the Owner agrees in this Mortgage to indemnify the Mortgagee) at the times and in the manner specified in this Mortgage.
