Covenant to Protect Trade Secrets. Both during and after the term of this Agreement, neither you nor your Owners shall, directly or indirectly, communicate or give to any other person or entity, for your own or the benefit of any other person or entity, without our prior written approval, any of our proprietary trade secrets, knowledge or know-how that we consider confidential as provided in paragraph 12.3.
