Covenant to Remedy Breaches. Each Grantor covenants to use its best --------------------------- efforts (i) to prevent the breach of any representation or warranty of such Grantor hereunder, (ii) to satisfy all covenants of such Grantor hereunder and (iii) to promptly cure any breach of a representation, warranty or covenant of such Grantor hereunder upon its learning of same.
