Common use of Covenant Clause in Contracts

Covenant. The New Shareholder hereby covenants to the Company as trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Agreement, and to the Company itself to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a Shareholder holding the same class of shares as the Shares imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder had been an original party to the Shareholders Agreement since the date thereof.

Covenant. The New Shareholder hereby covenants to the Company as trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Shareholders' Agreement, and to the Company itself to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a Shareholder shareholder holding the same class of shares share capital as the Shares imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Shareholders' Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder had been an original party to the Shareholders Shareholders' Agreement since the date thereof.

Covenant. The New Shareholder hereby covenants to the Company as trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Investor Rights Agreement, and to the Company itself itself, to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a Shareholder holding the same class of shares as the Shares Transferor imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Investor Rights Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder had been an original party to the Shareholders Investor Rights Agreement since the date thereof.

Covenant. The New Shareholder Investor hereby covenants to the Company as trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Agreement, and to the Company itself to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a Shareholder holding the same class of shares as the Shares imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder Investor had been an original party to the Shareholders Agreement since the date thereof.

The New Shareholder hereby covenants to the Company as agent and trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Agreement, and to the Company itself to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a the Original Shareholder holding the same class of shares as the Shares imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder had been an original party to the Shareholders Agreement in the same capacity as the Original Shareholder since the date thereof.

The Each of the New Shareholder Shareholders hereby covenants to the Company as trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Agreement, and to the Company itself to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a Shareholder holding the same class of shares as the Shares imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder had been an original party to the Shareholders Agreement since the date thereof.

The New Shareholder hereby covenants to the Company as trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Agreement, with and to the Company itself Rightholders and the other Shareholders, to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a Shareholder holding under the same class of shares as the Shares imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder had been an original party to a Shareholder under the Shareholders Agreement since the date thereof.

The New Shareholder hereby covenants to the Company as trustee for all other persons who are at present or who may hereafter become bound by the Shareholders Shareholders' Agreement, and to the Company itself to adhere to and be bound by all the duties, burdens and obligations of a the Old Shareholder holding the same class of shares as the Shares imposed pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders Shareholders' Agreement and all documents expressed in writing to be supplemental or ancillary thereto as if the New Shareholder had been an original party to were named as the Shareholders Agreement since Old Shareholder under the date thereofShareholders' Agreement.
