Common use of Covenants Agreement Clause in Contracts

Covenants Agreement. As a condition to the Company's obligations hereunder, Executive shall execute and deliver to the Company an agreement in the form of Exhibit B annexed hereto and made a part hereof relating to confidentiality, assignment of inventions, non-competition and non-solicitation. The non-competition and non-solicitation covenants shall apply for a period equal to the Severance Period.
